In addition to edit-a-thons, AfroCreative WikiProject +film will host drives in between campaigns. Drives will revolve around a specific activity and are intended to sustain engagement among our community of editors and ensure that African film and television content on Wikipedia and its sister projects such as Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata, and Wikiquote is continuously enhanced.
ACWP+film Commons drive: A Wikimedia Commons drive will be conducted in collaboration with African film and TV industry stakeholders, including guilds, associations, award shows, festivals, and production companies, to enrich the visibility of African Film and TV through improved image representations.
ACWP+film Image-In-Focus drive - The drive will mobilize Wikimedians to add captions to untitled film and television-related images using ISA, a tool that enables the easy addition of captions and metadata to images.
Below are other prospective ACWP+film drives.
