The Composer of the Month for October is Umberto Giordano. 2017 marks the 150th anniversary of his birth.
His biography, Umberto Giordano, is unreferenced and needs expansion and copyediting.
His opera Marcella is a stub needing expansion and we lack articles on three of his other operas:
- Mala vita (21 February 1892, Teatro Argentina, Rome)
- Regina Diaz (5 March 1894, Teatro Mercadante, Naples)
- Giove a Pompei (6 July 1921, Teatro La Pariola, Rome)
