Baklava (osmanitürgi keeles باقلوا) on siirupiga üle valatud kihiline filotainaküpsetis mee ja pähklitega. See oli üks Osmanite Riigi levinumatest maiustustest.
Baklava päritolu kohta on erinevaid variante ning lõplik tõde ei ole teada. Tänapäeval on see populaarne kreeka, türgi, iraani, araabia, Levandi, Magribi, Lõuna-Kaukaasia, Balkani, somaali ja Kesk-Aasia köögis.
