Paul Alfred Weiss (21. märts 1898 – 8. september 1989) oli Austria bioloog.

Tema uurimisvaldkonnaks olid morfogenees, ontogenees ja neurobioloogia. Tema doktoritöö (kaitstud 1922) juhendajaks oli 1922 Hans Leo Przibram. Aastail 1933–1954 töötas ta Chicago Ülikoolis.

Ta oli vaadetelt organitsist.
