Remiksalbum on album, mis koosneb peamiselt remiksidest või artisti juba varem avaldatud materjali uussalvestistest. Remiksalbumeid on avaldatud 1970. aastate algusest. Läbi aegade edukaim remiksalbum on Michael Jacksoni "Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix".
