Plethodon sequoyah est une espèce d'urodèles de la famille des Plethodontidae.

Répartition

Cette espèce est endémique d'Oklahoma aux États-Unis. Elle se rencontre dans le comté de McCurtain.

Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de George Gist Sequoyah.
