Richard Starks, detto Ricky, noto anche con lo pseudonimo di Ricky Saints (New Orleans, 21 febbraio 1990), è un wrestler statunitense, sotto contratto con la WWE.

È altresì noto per aver militato nella National Wrestling Alliance, dove ha detenuto l'NWA World Television Championship e nella All Elite Wrestling, dove insieme a Big Bill ha detenuto l'AEW World Tag Team Championship. In WWE ha detenuto una volta ciascuno l'NXT Championship e l'NXT North American Championship.

WWE (2025–presente)

NXT (2025–2026)

Ha esordito in WWE nell'episodio di NXT dell'11 febbraio come free agent senza nome, adottando la settimana dopo il ring name Ricky Saints. Ha lottato il suo primo match il 25 febbraio successivo ad NXT, dove ha trionfato al fianco di Je'Von Evans in un tag team match contro Ethan Page e Wes Lee.

Nell'episodio di NXT del 1º aprile, ha vinto l'NXT North American Championship dopo aver battuto Shawn Spears. A Stand & Deliver difese con successo il titolo contro Ethan Page. Ma nella puntata di NXT del 27 maggio perse il titolo proprio contro Page, terminando il suo regno di 56 giorni.

SmackDown (2026–presente)

Debuttò a SmackDown il 1° maggio dove venne sconfitto dal WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in un match non titolato. Nella puntata di Raw dell'8 giugno partecipò ad un fatal 4-way match che comprendeva anche Je'Von Evans, Seth Rollins e Talla Tonga nel primo turno del King of the Ring ma l'incontro venne vinto da Evans. Il 27 giugno, a Night of Champions, affrontò Trick Williams per lo United States Championship ma venne sconfitto. Nella puntata di SmackDown dell'11 settembre affrontò Rey Fénix per il Campeonato Mundial de Peso Crucero de AAA ma venne sconfitto.
