Tomislav Prosen (Sisak, 24 dicembre 1944) è un ex calciatore jugoslavo, dal 1991 sloveno, di ruolo attaccante.
Cresciuto calcisticamente nel Maribor, esordisce in prima squadra nel 1962, dando inizio a un lungo periodo di militanza nel club. Nel 1968 scende inoltre in campo in un'occasione con la Stella Rossa di Belgrado, disputando l'andata della finale di Coppa Mitropa contro lo Spartak Trnava, dato che alcuni titolari del club biancorosso erano impegnati in nazionale.
Nel 1971, dopo sei stagioni consecutive al Maribor, si trasferisce al N.E.C., società olandese militante in Eredivisie. L'esperienza nei Paesi Bassi si limita a quattro presenze, senza reti, prima del suo ritorno al Maribor nel 1972.
Dopo tre stagioni con il club, nel 1975 passa all'Olimpia Lubiana, dove rimane per una stagione, facendo quindi nuovamente ritorno al Maribor nel 1976. Vi conclude la carriera professionistica nel 1979, dopo aver disputato complessivamente 379 partite con il club e realizzato 65 reti. Nella stagione 1979-1980 milita infine nello St. Veit, formazione con cui conclude la propria carriera.
