Selvasaura is een geslacht van hagedissen uit de familie Gymnophthalmidae.

Naam en indeling

De wetenschappelijke naam van de groep werd voor het eerst voorgesteld door Moravec, Šmid, Štundl, & Lehr in 2018. Er zijn vijf soorten, die in de periode tussen 2018 en 2023 zijn beschreven.

Verspreiding en habitat

De soorten komen voor in Zuid-Amerika, alleen in de landen Ecuador en Peru.
