Stralsund Hauptbahnhof is een spoorwegstation in de Duitse stad Stralsund aan de spoorlijn Rostock - Stralsund. Het station werd in 1863, met een houten schuur als stationsgebouw, geopend. Nadat Stralsund officieel had opgehouden, een vesting te zijn, werd een moderner station geopend in 1905.

Het station staat aan de waterkant, tussen de wijk Tribseer Vorstadt in het westen en het oude stadscentrum in het oosten.

Hier beginnen, dan wel eindigen, de volgende spoorlijnen:

• Spoorlijn Berlijn - Stralsund
• spoorlijn Angermünde - Stralsund
• Spoorlijn Rostock - Stralsund
• spoorlijn Stralsund - Sassnitz (op Rügen).
