Pygostylia

Pygostylia er ei gruppe i Avialae som inkluderer de to gruppene Confuciusornithidae og Ornithothoraces. Førstnevnte gruppe er utdødd, mens sistnevnte inkluderer alle nålevende fugler. Pygostylia inkluderer Avialae med kort hale, i motsetning til reptilenes lange haler.
