Raymond Marcellin (født 19. august 1914 i Sézanne, død 8. september 2004 i Paris) var en fransk advokat og politiker.

Marcellins politiske løpebane begynte som medlem av Centre National des Indépendants et Paysans (CNIP) og CDS.^{[trenger referanse]} Fra 30. mai 1968 til 27. februar 1974 var han Frankrikes innenriksminister. Deretter var han fra 1978 til 1986 formann for regionalrådet for Bretagne.
