The term artificial intelligence visual art, or AI art talks about the creation of visual artwork through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). A few of these creations have been shown in museums and have won awards. During the AI boom of the 2020s, text-to-image models such as Midjourney, DALL-E and Stable Diffusion became widely used by the public, allowing users to quickly create art or images with little effort. The use of AI in art has caused debate about the philosophical use of it and issues relating to copyright, deception, defamation, and along with its impact on artists.
