Corporate governance

Corporate governance describes how a corporation is directed. Corporate governance is related to but different from management. People responsible for corporate governance are known as board of directors.

Corporate governance also provides the structure through which the objectives of the company are set, and the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance are changed.
