Eugene Scalia (born August 14, 1963) is an American lawyer and politician. He was the 28th United States Secretary of Labor from September 30, 2019 until January 20, 2021. He was a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

He is a son of late U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.

In July 2019, Scalia was nominated by President Donald Trump to become the next United States Secretary of Labor. He was confirmed on September 26, 2019 with a 53–44 vote.
