History

Kincaid was created in 1885. It was named after Robert Kincaid, of Mound City.

Geography

Kincaid is at 38°5′1″N 95°9′13″W / 38.08361°N 95.15361°W / 38.08361; -95.15361 (38.083502, -95.153612). The United States Census Bureau says that the city has a total area of 0.50 square miles (1.29 km2). All of it is land.
