Om Prakash Chautala (1 January 1935 – 20 December 2024) was an Indian politician. He was the Chief Minister of Haryana from 1989 to 1990, a short time in 1991 and then again from 1999 to 2005. He was a member of the Indian National Lok Dal. He was the son of Devi Lal, the 6th Deputy Prime Minister of India.

Chautala was given a four-year jail term in a 16-year-old disproportionate assets case in May 2022 by CBI Court. In the process, Chautala became the oldest prisoner of the Tihar Jail of Delhi at aged 87.

Chautala died from cardiac arrest at his home in Gurgaon, India on 20 December 2024, at the age of 89.
