Jesaia Swart (born 3 July 1938), commonly known as Sjaak Swart, is a former Dutch footballer. He notably won three European Cup titles with AFC Ajax in 1971, 1972, and 1973.
Swart is Jewish, and during the German occupation of the Netherlands during World War II, he and his father concealed themselves as non-Jews to hide from people who rounded up Jewish people.
