Thomas Harold Massie (born January 13, 1971) is an American politician and engineer. He is a member of the Republican Party. Massie has been the United States representative for Kentucky's 4th congressional district since 2012.
In 2010, Massie was elected judge-executive of Lewis County.
He was seen as a libertarian Republican. Massie was first elected to Congress in 2012 while being supported by the Tea Party movement.
During President Donald Trump's second administration, Massie became well known for being against the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and for supporting the Epstein Files Transparency Act which would have supported releasing the names of people who were close with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He was also a critic of Israel and the U.S.'s support of them.
Massie ran for re-election in 2026 in what became the most expensive U.S. House primary in history. He lost renomination to Ed Gallrein, who President Trump supported.
