Ucluelet is a district municipality in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Ucluelet is found on the Ucluelet Peninsula on the west coast of Vancouver Island. The name Ucluelet means "people of the safe harbour" in the native Nuu-chah-nulth (Nootka) language. The population of Ucluelet was 2,066 in 2021. The mayor of Ucluelet is Marilyn McEwen.
