Hello all!

I am very pleased to nominate Garsh2 for adminship here on the Simple English Wikipedia.

He has been a really active contributor to our project for quite some time now. Garsh2 did not only create about 250 new articles, he is also active in administrative areas like fighting vandalism, making reports on WP:AN as well as WP:VIP. He regularly tags pages for deletion and assists with recent changes.

I believe we all would benefit from him having the few extra buttons here. I hope you agree with me and support this request. Good luck, -Barras talk 16:05, 16 June 2026 (UTC)

Candidate's acceptance: Thanks Barras! I am honored to accept your nomination. I’ve done quite a bit of both content creation and anti-vandal work here. I feel ready to pick up the mop! I’ll happily answer any questions. Garsh (talk) 17:22, 16 June 2026 (UTC)

Comments

  • It would probably be a good to disclose that I have reached out to a few people at various points within the last few months asking for feedback. If people want to know who those are, I will share. I appreciate all those who gave me (very good) advice! Garsh (talk) 23:18, 16 June 2026 (UTC)
