I am requesting the right as I pass WP:NPRCRITERIA which says "Typically, consistent recent activity is required, to ensure that reviewers are familiar with current policy and guidelines."

primaryfor this sort of request, and it is not good form to ping a specific admin in an effort to get a preferred result. Rosguill is the most active reviewer for NPR requests right now and has good judgment. Beyond the concerns over the TBAN and hat collecting, based on the quality of the writing I see this thread I do not see evidence that you have the basic competence to work at New Page Review and it makes me concerned about your work at AfC. Finally, @DylanMReed, please withdraw your WP:ASPERSION of a
