1934 Heat Wave 1934 had the hottest Summer until 2021 and I believe is also the largest drought/heat wave in US history. Surprised it doesn't have an article yet.
1779-1780 "The Hard" Winter I've done some research on it and it has been said it's the worst winter in American history. Most notably, the American Army encamped at Morriston recorded at least 26 winter storms, including 6 blizzards. In New York City, the British were able to march from Manhattan to Staten Island with their cannons from how thick the ice was on the Hudson River. Jamisonsupame (talk) 04:27, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
There was a recent deadly nor'easter that caused floods in New York, and yea, maybe it should exist as Late October 2025 nor'easter, but there was also a nor'easter a few weeks ago that caused floods. They happen each year, so I figured, why not have a yearly article. Some of them will be redundant with the yearly winter articles, so I understand if people think this isn't a good idea. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 21:31, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
