La Majestic Pictures era una società americana di produzione e distribuzione cinematografica attiva negli anni '30. Sotto la guida di Larry Darmour, la società era specializzata in produzioni a basso costo e fu una delle case di produzione più stabili della cosiddetta Poverty Row in quel periodo. Si guadagnò inoltre la reputazione di produrre film di qualità superiore rispetto alla media degli studi simili, forse grazie a un accordo commerciale che la società aveva stretto con la major MGM.
Il primo film distribuito dalla Majestic fu il dramma del 1930 Today. Nel 1935, insieme ad altre case di produzione come la Monogram e la Chesterfield, la Majestic fu assorbita dalla Republic Pictures. Il più grande gruppo guidato da Herbert Yates mirava a dominare il settore dei film a basso budget. Darmour, insoddisfatto di tale accordo, se ne andò ben presto per riprendere a produrre in proprio.
Da non confondere con la Majestic Film Company attiva dal 1911 al 1914.
