Samuel Colin Walker, detto Sam (Gravesend, 2 ottobre 1991), è un calciatore inglese, portiere del Watford.
Tradizionale portiere della scuola calcistica inglese, è dotato di ottimi riflessi, un'imponente stazza fisica e un buon posizionamento.
Nato a Gravesend, nella contea londinese del Kent, cresce nella squadra comunale, l'Ebbsfleet Utd, prima di passare nelle giovanili di Millwall e Chelsea, con cui vince una FA Youth Cup nel 2010.
Dopodiché, inizia la girandola di prestiti: Barnet e Northampton Town in Football League Two, Yeovil Town in Football League One, Bristol Rovers in League Two e Colchester Utd in League One, con quest'ultimo che riscatterà il suo cartellino il 20 gennaio 2014.
Con il club totalizza più di 200 presenze in 5 anni, per poi trasferirsi il 25 luglio 2018 al Reading, in Football League Championship. Con i The Royals disputa 14 partite in 2 annate e mezza, di cui solo 7 in campionato nella prima stagione; di conseguenza viene ceduto in prestito prima al Blackpool, ma il prestito viene interroto dopo solo una settimana (il trasferimento avvenne per emergenza a causa della positività al COVID-19 del portiere Chris Maxwell), e poi all'AFC Wimbledon per 6 mesi.
Il 6 luglio 2021 viene ingaggiato dal Kilmarnock, squadra scozzese militante in Scottish Championship, con cui ottiene la promozione in Scottish Premiership. Rimasto svincolato, il 16 ottobre 2023 si unisce al Charlton, ma dopo soli 3 mesi passa a titolo gratuito al Bradford City; qui, è titolare fisso e contribuisce al passaggio del club dalla League Two alla League One.
Il 12 agosto 2026 firma a parametro zero un contratto per il Watford, in Championship.
