Great Saint James is a private island in the Caribbean Sea. It is a part of the East End, Saint Thomas sub-district in the United States Virgin Islands (USVI) and is next to Little Saint James.

The cove on the west side of Great Saint James, Christmas Cove, is a popular snorkeling spot for tour boats and yachts.
