Sept-Meules is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
The name's toponomy is from Latin Septem molas ("seven stones", first attested 875 AD), conjecturally from some nearby megalithic structure.
Sept-Meules is a small farming and forestry village situated in the valley of the Yères river in the Pays de Caux, some 16 miles (26 km) east of Dieppe at the junction of the D1314, D16 and D58 roads.
