Description: Screenshot from the Nintendo 64 version of Space Invaders. I took this image myself, but all of the visual elements are individually part of Activision's copyrighted work; therefore, it is eligible only for fair-use redistribution within the United States.
License: Fair use (to accompany an article describing the game; this is consistent with English Wikipedia's practice for almost all other commercial videogame articles, as well as almost all published game reviews, guides, etc.)
The entire poster. Because the image is a post, a form of product packaging, the entire image is needed to identify the product, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.
The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original post. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as poster art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the work in question. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original work, namely the post creator's ability to provide poster design services and in turn marketing poster to the public.
As a Poster, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the packaging of the book would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary. Using a different image in the infobox would be misleading as to the identity of the work. Any derivative work based upon the cover art would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
The use of the poster will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the poster.

Description: A low-resolution crop of the historical portrait of Omu Okwei reproduced as the plate facing page 91 in Felicia Ifeoma Ekejiuba's chapter “Omu Okwei of Osomari”, in Bolanle Awe (ed.), Nigerian Women in Historical Perspective (Sankore, 1992). The National Library of Nigeria scan places the portrait on PDF page 98 (printed plate page 90).
License: Non-free biographical image / fair use. Omu Okwei died in 1943, no freely licensed portrait of her is known, and a single low-resolution image would be used only for visual identification in the infobox of her biography. The use is minimal, educational and non-commercial; it would not replace the market for the original photograph or book, and no free equivalent could be created.

I understand, the question at hand is whether the logo is in the public domain for not meating the Threshold of originality, since I consider the logo an edge case I opened a deletion request to clarify this question. I work for Tapi and would like to request a change to the company logo and company name on the Wiki page.
We are no longer called Tapi Carpets and are now known by Tapi (or Tapi Carpets & Floors). We would like to replace the old logo with the current official Tapi logo, registered in 2026, and request the page name change to Tapi Carpets & Floors or just Tapi.
The logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
