Rodrigo Hernández Cascante (born 22 June 1996), known as Rodri or Rodrigo, is a Spanish professional footballer. He currently plays for Premier League club Manchester City and the Spanish national team. He is considered one of the best defensive midfielders in the world.

In 2024, he won the Ballon d'Or. This made him the second male Spanish player to win the award after Luis Suárez won it in 1960. He was also the first Manchester City player to win the award.
