Tachinini Taxonomie
Die Tachinini sind eine von etwa 24 Tribus innerhalb der Tachininae. Die Gattungen werden aufgrund molekularbiologischer Ergebnisse und morphologischer Eigenschaften gruppiert.
Gemäß O’Hara et al. (2020) werden 140 Gattungen mit 882 Arten der Tribus Tachinini zugeordnet.
Verbreitung
Die Tribus Tachinini ist kosmopolitisch verbreitet.
In Deutschland ist die Tribus mit 2 Gattungen und 17 Arten vertreten: Peleteria (P. ferina P. iavana P. popelii P. prompta P. rubescens P. ruficornis Tachina (T. atripalpis T. fera T. ferox T. grossa T. lurida T. magnicornis T. marklini T. nigrohirta T. praeceps T. strobelii T. ursina
